Katy works with change-makers who demonstrate a readiness to think and operate differently to achieve new possibilities. Katy works with clients from a shared foundation of values and the belief that the key to unlocking organizational success is through the awareness, well-being, and development of your greatest asset: your leaders. Katy co-creates experiences and development to address, and work intentionally to close, the gap between the reality of where your leaders are today and your aspirations for your future. Katy will be your trusted thought partner and coach through the process, working alongside you to create inclusive spaces for optimal team dynamics.
To drive outcomes, Katy draws on coach certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute and uses brain-based approaches to work toward meaningful changes to how leaders think, do, and communicate. Additionally, Katy practices human-centered design, leveraging mindsets and tools gained from involvement with the University of Pennsylvania’s Social Impact Design program. Having held a multitude of leadership and talent development roles at fortune 500 and startup companies, Katy facilitates experiences to challenge and support senior leaders through frontline leaders, adapting development to leaders’ levels, skills and current business context.
